To set up a monthly or annual subscription, click on the appropriate button below, according to the number of PCs on which you wish to use ShareMaestro. There will be a short delay while you are connected securely to the payment screen. All new subscribers are covered by our 30-day free trial. No payment will be debited until 30 days after you set up your subscription. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will pay nothing.
Your subscription can be paid securely via credit card, debit card, a PayPal account or via your bank account. PayPal is our secure payment agent and you will be prompted to register with PayPal if you do not already have a PayPal account. This costs nothing and does not require you to effect payment through the PayPal account.
Already have a PayPal account? Log into your account when prompted by the payment screen. If you do not want to pay by this account, ensure via the "Add or Remove Card" or "Add or Remove Bank Account" options of the "Profile" menu that you have a valid current alternative method of payment linked to your PayPal account. This payment method will be automatically used if the PayPal account is unfunded.
Don't have a PayPal account? Click on the "pay by debit or credit card" option on the payment screen. This will take you to the PayPal registration screen and you will be prompted to enter your card details. If you wish to pay via your bank account, set this up via the "Add or Remove Card" or "Add or Remove Bank Account" options of the "Profile" menu when you have completed your PayPal registration. Your chosen payment method will be automatically used if the PayPal account is unfunded.
If you experience any problems setting up a subscription, email service@sharemaestro.co.uk. You can cancel your subscription at any time, either online via your PayPal account or by emailing this address.
Once we have been notified of your subscription, we will email to you your User ID and password, normally within one business day. Any new subscriptions received after 25th March 2012 will be processed on 16th April 2012. Free trial periods will be extended accordingly.

Subscription Terms
On a monthly subscription, payment is one month in arrears. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time; there is no minimum contract period. No refund will be made of any monthly subscription payment unless the payment has been charged after we have received your notice of cancellation.
With an annual subscription, payment is made annually in advance except for the first year when payment is taken with eleven months of the subscription period remaining. In view of the discount provided for annual subscription, no refund is made for cancellation part way through the subscription year. No refund will be made of the annual subscription payment unless the payment has been charged after we have received your notice of cancellation.
Transfer your licence to a new pc or new version of Windows
To transfer your licence, we need to issue you with a new User ID and password. The User Manual describes the transfer process. Just email service@sharemaestro.co.uk.
